Adriana Chechik has been trying new things for a while, and today is one of her first real classes with Alina Li. They've never met before, but Alina knows what she's doing. Her style is a bit unorthodox, but her poses open the chakras quickly and get the breath and blood flowing hard. Many poses later they are reaching a real sense of peace in their practice. But with anything, there comes a point where pushing through becomes tough. Sometimes clothing gets in the way. This is the point where clothes get restricting. Alina helps Adriana find some confidence to take off her clothes. Alina is really into her practice, and while it takes Adriana time to warm up, and build her confidence.
